I hope this finds you and your family in good health. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: my commitment to your safety and health.  By its very nature, massage and bodywork requires skin-to-skin contact and you should be familiar with the fact that infection control has always been a top priority for my practice.  

Is your Medical Intake Form up to date?

You always can update your Client Intake Form, and I encourage you to do so as your medical situations change.  There is a link on your appointment confirmation email.

Not feeling well, the day for your massage?

If you feel ill on the day of your appointment, there is no penalty for rescheduling your appointment. Massage is not advised if you have any symptoms of illness.  It is best to reschedule and rest.  This will also hamper the spread or any colds or virus to me or my other clients.  Please contact me as early as possible that you need to reschedule.  My text number is 301-747-1802.

Face Mask Policy

Prince George’s County Executive Angela Alsobrooks announced 02/25/2022 that the County will lift its indoor mask mandate on Monday, February 28, 2022, as COVID-19 case rates continue to drop significantly in the County following the peak of the Omicron variant. I am encouraged and hopeful by the progress our county and state has made during this trying time.  I will be monitoring the situation in our community and following all current health and safety protocols from our officials.

With this in mind, please help me to support all of my clients by cooperating with some new requirements.

  • Fully Vaccinated and Boost for Covid-19?
    • If you are fully vaccinated and boosted for Covid-19, you may choose to not wear a mask during your massage session, but proof of vaccination is required.  You may upload an image of your vaccination card on your Client Intake Form or present an image or your card to me.  I will only require to see your vaccination card once and your profile will be updated.
    • If you are fully vaccinated and boosted and choose to wear your mask during your appointment, you are welcome to do so.

  • In a Health Compromised Group?
    • If you are in a health compromised group and feel more comfortable with me wearing a mask during your massage service, please inform me and I will note your intake.


  • Not Fully Vaccinated and Boosted for Covid-19?
    • If you are not vaccinated and boosted for Covid-19, I will require you to wear a face mask to enter the wellness center and during your massage service. 


You will see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. I made these changes to help protect my clients and myself.

  • On the day of your appointment, I’ll ask that you wait in your vehicle and text me that you have arrived (text 301-747-1802) remain in your vehicle until I text you or call you to meet me at the door.  The lobby door is locked.
  • Only the person with the appointment may enter the center. No guests or children allowed currently.
  • Do not bring outside food or drink with you.
  • Please limit the number of personal items you bring in with you.
  • The lobby / waiting area is closed.
  • Hand sanitizer is available.
  • Touchless soap dispenser added to rest room.
  • Extra time has been added in-between appointments for cleaning and sanitizing.
  • I will be wearing a mask throughout the massage appointment.
  • New HVAC system has been installed in the office suite.
  • New air filtering machine with charcoal and HEPA filters has been added to my treatment room.
  • Blankets will no longer be used.  If you are chilled during your massage, I will have an extra flannel sheet available.
